In “Cosmic Heart Cell” different realities are superimposed. I perceive and work from the theory of an intelligent multidimensional universe, composed of intricate structures and principles. I reflect on the magnetic field of the human heart by paying attention to the beating of my own. This field extends from 2 to 4 meters, instinctively I bring it closer to the stellar electromagnetic fields detected in the cosmos. I saw in this image, of golden fibers, the projection of a cell, one from the heart of cosmos brought to us by a thought traveling from a infinite and remote space. The metallic wires are such as snapshots of luminous, electric movements.
The box that envelops it, is like a case protecting an offering.
The cubic box is made of dense cardboard covered with ancient fabric dyed with indigo by myself. Much more than a pigment, indigo is for me a symbol of the union of peoples. The cultivation of this tinctorial plant has indeed developed on each continent, tinting the hands of all ethnic groups with blue. The modular aspect of some of my works expresses my search for the multidimensional world. The modularity of the indigo case allows different installations sometimes pedestal, sometimes cocoon.
